HR Advisor
Do you enjoy building bridges between policy and practice as an HR Advisor? Does a role where you achieve visible results for both managers and employees energize you?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact. As an HR Advisor at Broshuis, you will support managers on a daily basis, help professionalize HR processes, and strengthen our people. You will work in a technical production environment where both strategic and practical HR topics come together. This means you are involved in everything related to employability, development, absenteeism, leadership, and organizational development.
You are an experienced HR Advisor who stands firmly in your shoes and actively thinks along about how things can be improved and done more efficiently. With your knowledge of laws and regulations, your ability to identify trends, and your analytical mindset, you directly contribute to the quality of our HR support. You will work closely with a close-knit and expert HR team—from Recruitment to L&D and Payroll—and together you will build a future-proof HR organization.
What will you do?
- You advise managers on development conversations, performance, collaboration, and other HR-related topics.
- You conduct regular absenteeism meetings together with managers and oversee the full absenteeism process.
- You ensure compliance with the requirements of the Wet verbetering Poortwachter and actively steer on this.
- You ensure correct application of laws and regulations according to the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).
- You act as a sparring partner for team-related issues, organizational changes, and themes requiring attention.
- You contribute to the (co-)development of HR policies and improve and professionalize HR processes.
- You create analyses of HR data—such as absenteeism, internal mobility, outflow, and illness statistics—and translate these into insights.
- You identify trends within the organization and provide concrete improvement recommendations.
- You contribute ideas on themes such as sustainable employability, leadership development, vitality, and employee satisfaction.
- You independently take on projects in areas like sustainable employability, leadership, absenteeism reduction, or culture development, and deliver them successfully.
