Working with a WallMan is safe for our colleagues and in this way the body sprayer is able to apply the right rustproofing treatment to your trailer.

Your trailer proceeds suspended through the entire paint system. In this way paint can be applied to every part. All sides can be treated easily.

Conservation
treatment step by step

1. Shot blasting

By shot blasting your semi-trailer in full, all corrosion and surface unevenness is removed. This is essential for effective rustproofing treatment.

2. Cleaning

The second part is where your whole semi-trailer will be cleaned, to ensure that there are no particles of blasting grit remaining.

3. Metallization

As potential we provide your semi-trailer with optimal protection against rust (metallization). A zinc layer is added to the semi-trailer!

4. Primer

For ultimate adhesion a good layer of primer is essential. During this phase, your semi-trailer is provided in full with a layer of primer.

5. Spray painting

Using a WallMann, the body sprayer can apply the 2-component paint to every part of your trailer. Your semi-trailer is given the best quality paint.

6. Drying process

The final part of the process is the drying process. During the drying process your semi-trailer is located in a heated booth, which is necessary for effective adhesion of the paint.
