How do we work

The Ministry of Defense knows that a tender must be submitted.

The load that needs to be transported will be outlined. Trailer suppliers will then know whether the trailer must be suitable for heavy, medium or light equipment.

Trailer suppliers then know which international legislation the trailer must comply with. In addition, the trailer suppliers can already consider which specifications are relevant for the terrain where the trailer will be driving.

The time has come where suppliers are being searched for or where suppliers themselves offer their services. It often starts with the truck suppliers who search for a trailer supplier.

Suppliers answer the defence questionnaire where, among other things, they submit the tie down plan.

Suppliers offer the concept trailer in response to the Defense questionnaire.

Defense chooses the best concept.

Thereafter, all suppliers will offer the chosen concept including price.

Prototypes may be requested for testing. Defense can choose the best supplier based on the request for pricing and the test results.

Contract management takes place after the order. This includes the NATO stock numbers, service, production and delivery.
