Pieter-Bas Broshuis
takes a step back
With effect from 1 January 2025, Pieter-Bas Broshuis will step down as CEO of Broshuis International BV. On the above date, he will hand over his position as CEO, to Harold Vorsteveld (the current CCO).
Pieter-Bas will join Broshuis Holding BV, as the sole director, and will remain closely involved in Broshuis International BV's activities in this way. He will continue to regularly attend the office and help represent Broshuis to major stakeholders. 100% of the shares will remain in the hands of Pieter-Bas Broshuis. This will safeguard the standards and values of the family business.

Harold Vorsteveld will, from 1 January 2025, take over final responsibility at Broshuis International BV. Pieter-Bas: “Harold and I have been working side-by-side for years. He was also my deputy when I was absent. With his 25 years of Broshuis experience, 17 as commercial director, and expert knowledge of the organisation, the market and the product, he is the ideal successor”.
Together with the board and the management team, Harold will further strengthen the strong foundations he and Pieter-Bas have put in place. Plans are also being made for the future of our company, with a focus on continuity.
We wish Harold success in his new position. Given the current, healthy and long-term order book (30% defence, 70% civil), we are confident about the future.
