Comprehensive ILS Approach
At Broshuis, we understand the critical importance of ensuring that our trailers remain operational long after delivery. Our Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) system is meticulously designed to provide comprehensive support, ensuring that every aspect of trailer maintenance, operation, and logistics is covered.
Our ILS system encompasses all necessary processes to keep trailers running efficiently, even in the most challenging conditions. This includes support for operators, maintainers, and troubleshooters. The foundation of our ILS system is built on the robust design and extensive field data of Broshuis trailers, tailored specifically for military use.
Design and Analysis
We utilize specific scales to optimize trailer design, incorporating methodologies such as FMEA, RCM, MTA, and LORA analyses. Critical components like bearings, suspension, and steering mechanisms undergo rigorous testing and analysis to ensure they meet the demands of mission profiles.

Supply Chain
Parts delivery to logistic depots in safe zone (normal use profile), combat area safe zone (mobile warehouses) and storage in theatre (mobile warehouses near the units) Packaging, handling, storage and transport is integrated into supply chain process.

System Reliability
Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of over 99.5% and a Mean Time Between Mission Critical Failures (MTBMCF) of over 3000 hours. By using long life bearings/components corrective and preventive maintenance are reduced to a minimum. All main hydraulic and electrical functionals have a back up system in case of failures, transport is ensured to continue the transport.

Supply Chain Reliability
We maintain stocks of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Modified Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) parts in our warehouses and with our dealers.

Maintainability
the key processes are training mechanics, ease of repair and availability of the parts. Standard tools can be used for repairs. Focus on change on sub-assemblies to shorten the repair time, to allow activities in combat area, OLM & ILM-level.

We provide a 3D model illustration to easily identify components, supported by Automated Identification Technology (AIT).

Documentation
- Operators manuals publication on detailed level to train the operators.
- Service manual for preventive maintenance, including quick manuals for check before, during and after transport.
- Repair manual on OLM, ILM and DLM level. Detailed repair instructions including illustrated views and fault analyses.
- Parts books: provision data sheets and NSN codification. Special tools and equipment.
- Training plans: training documentation to educate operators and mechanics. The concept ‘train the trainer’ to educate military instructors in a short timeframe.

Besides the normal basic maintenance and specific maintenance on army level, remote maintenance is available 24/7.
Education and Training
Our training programs are designed to match the complexity and frequency of the tasks.
- User training for the purpose of providing the necessary knowledge to use and operate the System and to execute Organic Level Maintenance (OLM) Activities on the System.
- Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) training for the System for mechanics to execute ILM Activities on the System.
- Site Verification Test training for the System.
