As a skills trainer, you play an important role within our structural work department. You coach and train our employees on the shop floor, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You actively participate in daily operations and support colleagues in improving work methods and technical skills. This makes you a key link between execution, quality, and development.
What will you do?
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching and guiding employees during construction activities
- Training new colleagues according to work and safety instructions
- Explaining technical drawings and measurements
- Monitoring quality, safety, and technical execution
- Providing hands-on training and on-the-job guidance
- Encouraging efficient use of tools and materials
- Documenting and reporting progress and learning development

Who are you?
You’re someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes responsibility, and strives to bring out the best in others. In addition, you have:
- Experience in the construction, assembly, or structural sector
- Practical knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurements
- A coaching and clear communication style
