L&D Coördinator
Are you the one who will take learning and development at Broshuis to the next level? As Coordinator of the Broshuis Academy, you are at the heart of creating a culture where employees continue to grow. You translate learning needs into concrete actions and ensure that our training programs are perfectly aligned with real-world practice.
You will lead the ‘Learning and Development’ working group, in which representatives from our seven production halls and HR collaborate. You ensure alignment between training needs and the available learning offerings, manage our Learning Management System (LMS) oZone, and keep learning paths and certifications up to date. In addition, you support trainers and buddies.
We have already prepared quite a bit for you by having the foundation of the online learning environment set up. We also work closely with vocational instructors, practical trainers, and external educational organizations. Learning and development are therefore crucial within our organization, and with your dedication, you will help it grow even further.
In short: as an expert, you are responsible for learning and development within Broshuis.
What will you do?
- Analyze learning and development needs within the organization
- Coordinate learning pathways, training sessions, and workshops
- Coordinate and optimize the onboarding process for new colleagues
- Manage and improve our LMS (oZone)
- Organize trainers and buddies and ensure sufficient capacity
- Align with all stakeholders
- Identify trends and needs and translate them into suitable training solutions
- Maintain contacts with educational institutions and other partners

What do you bring?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, for example in HRM (HRD), Business Administration, Educational Science, or a similar field
- Interest in didactics and the development of learning and training programs
- Experience with ELO/LMS systems and digital learning solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills to connect different stakeholders
- Affinity with a technical and production-oriented environment
- Creativity and innovation to make learning solutions engaging and effective
