HR Officer

As an HR Assistant, you are the heart of our HR services. You make sure everything is correct, runs smoothly and is clearly explained—and that makes you incredibly valuable in our day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll be working at the heart of our HR team and will be involved in every step of the employee journey: from the first contract to career development and offboarding. You bring structure, reliability and continuity to our administration, while also adding energy to the way we collaborate and develop our services. When you spot opportunities for improvement, you speak up and think along—your ideas matter.
In this role, you’ll start as maternity leave replacement for our HR Process Coordinator. That means you’ll immediately be part of the core of our HR processes and become an essential link for employees, managers and the team. Due to the growth of Broshuis and the further professionalisation of our HR department, there is a clear perspective for a permanent position. We love investing in people who want to build with us.
What will you do?
- Manage the full personnel administration in AFAS (Profit and InSite), including onboarding, internal changes, offboarding, contracts, mutations and training records
- Safeguard the quality, consistency and completeness of all HR data and processes
- Answer questions from employees and managers about HR procedures, contractual matters and the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement
- Organise HR-related activities such as service anniversary moments, gifts, and internal events contributing to a positive employee experience
- Support the recruitment process, for example by coordinating employment conditions and organising contract‑signing moments on location
- Contribute to optimising and professionalising HR processes and systems

Who are you?
You work accurately, think ahead and enjoy contributing to a slightly better HR team every day. You recognise yourself in the following:
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in HRM or a similar field
- You enjoy variety and can handle ad‑hoc questions and deadlines well
- You maintain overview, set priorities and have strong organisational skills
- You work precisely, accurately and have a keen eye for detail
- You are approachable, service‑oriented and enjoy working with others
- You are trustworthy and act in accordance with policies, laws and regulations
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week
- You have experience with AFAS (Profit and InSite) and enjoy deepening your knowledge
