In this role, you work on the final and most challenging part of the production process. You make sure everything works perfectly before the trailer leaves the factory. You assemble and test key systems such as hydraulics, electronics and air suspension. This includes connecting sensors, adjusting components, and checking all functions.

Logistics at Broshuis isn’t just about moving boxes or covering meters. It’s about maintaining control over multiple processes that are constantly in motion. In an environment where every trailer is custom‑built and no two products are the same, logistics requires oversight, coordination, and alignment.

You will develop policies, guide safety projects, and ensure that the emergency response organization is well-structured and always prepared. You identify risks, investigate incidents, and actively contribute to continuously improving the safety level and safety awareness within Broshuis.

You support customers and the service network with technical questions, think along in finding solutions for malfunctions, and ensure that repairs, overhauls, and maintenance work are properly planned and executed. In addition, you manage service projects and maintenance contracts and keep oversight of planning, quality, costs, and progress.

As a Welding Robot Shifteader, you ensure that components for our trailers are correctly prepared and welded with various Panasonic (Valk Welding) robots, including our XXL welding robot. You check work orders, configure the robot when needed, and carry out measurements to ensure everything meets the required specifications. In this role, you directly contribute to the quality and safety of the trailers leaving our production facility.

Together with a Product Engineer, you work on trailer designs based on customer-specific requirements, ensuring everything meets technical and legal standards. You translate the technical design into production execution through BOM transformation with a focus on optimization. You also manage the lifecycle of modular parts and ensure correct setup in the PLM system.

At our Ruwbouw (pre-assembly) department, steel components are assembled and welded into complete trailer constructions. As a welder, you play a key role in building the foundation of our products. Based on technical drawings, you assemble parts and weld them using MIG/MAG equipment. You work with jigs and tools to ensure precision and high-quality results.

After delivering a trailer, we carry out, among other things, MOT inspections for customers in the repair department, as well as complete overhauls of (older) trailers. To expand the team, we are looking for Service Technician. Will you be our new colleague?
