In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact. As an HR Advisor at Broshuis, you will support managers on a daily basis, help professionalize HR processes, and strengthen our people. You will work in a technical production environment where both strategic and practical HR topics come together.

In this role, you work on the final and most challenging part of the production process. You make sure everything works perfectly before the trailer leaves the factory. You assemble and test key systems such as hydraulics, electronics and air suspension. This includes connecting sensors, adjusting components, and checking all functions.

You translate learning needs into concrete actions and ensure that our training programs are perfectly aligned with real-world practice.

After delivering a trailer, we carry out, among other things, MOT inspections for customers in the repair department, as well as complete overhauls of (older) trailers. To expand the team, we are looking for Service Technician. Will you be our new colleague?

Together with a Product Engineer, you work on trailer designs based on customer-specific requirements, ensuring everything meets technical and legal standards. You translate the technical design into production execution through BOM transformation with a focus on optimization. You also manage the lifecycle of modular parts and ensure correct setup in the PLM system.

At our Ruwbouw (pre-assembly) department, steel components are assembled and welded into complete trailer constructions. As a welder, you play a key role in building the foundation of our products. Based on technical drawings, you assemble parts and weld them using MIG/MAG equipment. You work with jigs and tools to ensure precision and high-quality results.

You are the go-to person for your team, ensuring planning, quality, and efficiency are on track. You also foster collaboration with other departments and actively contribute to improvements in processes and systems. In short: you make sure everything runs smoothly, from the first design to the final drawing
