As Team Leader Parts Production, you play a key role in this process.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to apply your technical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic production environment. You’ll work in shifts and be responsible for leading a team that produces parts for our trailers—think bending, cutting, and operating laser machines. Together, you’ll ensure our trailers continue to stand out in quality and innovation.
What will you do?
- Ensure smooth operations within the team so that parts are produced within the set timeframe;
- Act as the first point of contact for your team and actively assist when needed;
- Check assignments, instructions, and regulations;
- Monitor cleanliness and order within the department;

- You have experience with bending, cutting, or are willing to learn;
- You can operate a laser machine or are eager to learn;
- You have leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role;
